Emsleys Give and Gain at Cross Flatts Park, Beeston

Emsleys’ volunteers spent the day in Cross Flatts Park, Beeston. The park which used to have a poor reputation has recently been transformed. The team took on various gardening jobs in the Millennium Garden from weeding to planting new shrubs in a bid to prepare the park for this years’ Beeston in Bloom and Yorkshire in Bloom.

We were lucky to have such beautiful weather – one of the hottest days of the year so far! A great day was had by all.
