New head office for Emsleys Solicitors following period of growth

Leeds, UK - Emsleys Solicitors has opened a new head office in Colton, east Leeds after a period of expansion and growth. The new premises at No.6 Colton Mill will be home to the firm’s management team and support functions, as well as its client-facing conveyancing team.

The new office provides contemporary client meeting spaces and an employee training facility, supporting Emsleys’ continuing drive for excellence in client service. The firm consistently achieves levels of client satisfaction in excess of 98%*.

The development of the premises coincides with a substantial increase in client business for Emsleys; with its conveyancing team alone seeing a 15% increase in new files opened this year compared to last year. The firm has also once again been awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) stamp of approval.
