Without Prejudice - Same Sex Families

In recent months we've witnessed various stories come to light regarding same sex families and equal rights.

Earlier this year, Ireland voted YES to same sex marriage, and not long after the U.S. followed. Both decisions were met with worldwide celebrations; with millions flocking to the streets and social media to express their delight and support.

However, as the world becomes a much more accepting place, the changes in legislation and equal rights are met by the need for further clarity across other legal areas such as surrogacy, artificial insemination and same sex parenting.
