What services are included in the price

The above standard fees relate to residential freehold property owned by one or more individuals with a title which is already registered at HM Land Registry. If the property is unregistered, if you are using a non standard lender or if it is a business partnership or company making the purchase then there may be some additional charged dependent upon the circumstances. These will be calculated based on our hourly rate and taking into consideration the unique circumstances of each transaction.

Included within the price is all legal work relating to your purchase including reporting to you on the legal title, acting for any mortgage lender and registering your ownership at HM Land Registry.
