Our prices are inclusive of the standard elements of the transactions which are unavoidable. These are often charged as extras by our competitors.

What services are included in the price

The above standard fees relate to residential leasehold property owned by one or more individuals with a title which is already registered at HM Land Registry. If the property is unregistered, if you are using a non standard lender or if it is a business partnership or company making the purchase then there may be some additional charged dependent upon the circumstances. These will be calculated based on our hourly rate and taking into consideration the unique circumstances of each transaction.

Included within the price is all the legal work relating to your sale including preparing the contract pack, answering enquiries raised by the buyer’s lawyer and repayment of any mortgage.
