Buying a ‘brand new’ property brings many advantages but the process can differ from buying an established property and can involve additional factors. For a start, the property may not yet have been built or the neighbouring areas developed. Often the negotiated ‘deal’ is dependent upon a buyer adhering to timescales. It is therefore important that you have someone on hand who understands your individual circumstances and the development site: someone who will make things happen, guide you through the process and keep you updated throughout.
