You may have entered into an overseas transaction or you may be exporting goods to another country. You may need a notary public to certify any documents you sign.
The other party will almost always require notarial certification on any documents you sign for the purpose of an international transaction.
Our notary public can confirm the validity of your signature, that you have the capacity to enter into the transaction, that you are doing so of your own freewill and that the document has been lawfully executed.
Our notary is authorised to issue notarial certification for use in any jurisdiction.
If you require an appointment at short notice, we can be flexible to meet your needs. They are a member of The Notaries Society and are regulated by The Faculty of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
